“Boilers are the backbone of critical operations—keeping them running safely and efficiently is something I take great pride in.” As the Co-Founder and a Managing Member of Boiler Basics LLC, I am committed to providing customers with dependable support, honest communication, and practical solutions backed by real-world experience.Sales & Operations Manager
Steven started his career in the boiler industry as a boilermaker, where he spent five years performing boiler repairs, shutdowns, maintenance, and installations in demanding industrial and commercial environments. During that time, he advanced into a lead role for two years, supervising crews and coordinating field operations. Steven later transitioned into the sales side of the industry, where he advanced from Sales Representative to Sales Lead and eventually Branch Manager for one of the largest boiler service companies in the country, a position he held for 2.5 years before relocating. Through his combined field and management experience, Steven developed a strong understanding of both the technical and customer-service sides of the boiler industry. Today, he and his business partner Bryan continue building Boiler Basics with a focus on reliability, strong customer relationships, and quality service customers can trust.
“Service is making customers’ needs your own.” As the Co-Founder and a Managing Member of Boiler Basics LLC, I take great pride in maximizing our customers’ success. To me, that means having the mentality that “failure is not an option.”Business & Marketing Manager
Bryan started his boiler experience with the United States Navy, working his way up to Engine Room Supervisor (MMOW — Machinist’s Mate of the Watch), where he supervised watch personnel responsible for the boiler, propulsion and electrical turbines, and auxiliary equipment. After leaving the Navy, he worked his way up to become a Boiler Technician with a boiler service company. He left the boiler world to finish his degree and earned a B.S. in Accounting, then worked as an accountant for about five years. In 2021, Bryan returned to the boiler industry as a manager, where he supervised personnel and performed engineering calculations on boiler systems. Today, he and his business partner Steven are building a boiler service company focused on providing the strong support his experience and education have made possible.
