Steven started his career in the boiler industry as a boilermaker where he spent five years performing boiler repairs, shutdowns, maintenance, and installations in demanding industrial and commercial environments. During that time, he advanced into a lead role for two years, supervising crews and coordinating field operations. Steven later transitioned into the sales side of the industry where he quickly advanced from Sales Representative to Sales Lead, and eventually Branch Manager for one of the largest boiler service companies in the country, a position he held for 2.5 years before relocating. Through his combined field and management experience, Steven developed a strong understanding of both the technical and customer service sides of the boiler industry. Today, he and his business partner Bryan continue building Boiler Basics with a focus on reliability, strong customer relationships, and quality service customers can trust.
